It is the mission of Armor Core Fitness to provide personally tailored training and nutrition programs based upon each client’s specific goals, abilities and body composition. We understand that every body type is different, and thus, requires specialized attention. Armor Core Fitness strives to step outside of the old, run-of-the-mill, training programs into more modern fitness regimens; focusing on cutting edge exercises and nutritional planning specifically designed with each client in mind.
